Oversized vehicles such as recreational vehicles, trailers and boats are not permitted at any of our rental properties and may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

The building has central air chilling (with the exception of BL6116 and BL6117) during the summer months and central heating during the winter months. Every condominium is equipped with Wi-Fi, living area and a patio or deck. Most have cozy living room fireplaces. The building has limited indoor heated parking.

Great place and location. Would definitely stay again! 10 min walk to the gondola or the shuttle comes every 10 mins. 3 min walk to restaurants and groceries. Free shuttle anywhere in town on demand. Couldnt ask for anything more.

We had a lovely time! Due to unforeseen circumstances half of our group wasn’t able to make the trip so it was way more space than we needed but it was so comfortable and very clean. The hot tub and outdoor fireplace were lovely! It’s a very quiet space too which is really nice! It’s always tough to know what a place is going to be stocked with but for sure take inventory before making your first grocery store trip. No seasoning including salt & pepper, kitchen hand soap or cleaning supplies. Not a big deal, I just didn’t pay attention before making my 1st grocery run. Would definitely stay again!

We take a ski vacation every spring break with the kids. We have been going to a different place every year but will end up coming back to steamboat again next year. This was a perfect location in Steamboat. A block from the base to walk or a shuttle out the front door. The condo was very clean and very nice. The private hot tub and outdoor fireplace are perfect for after the mountain. We will be back to this exact condo for sure. Thanks!
