Ranch 215 is a 2-bedroom / 2.5 bathroom residence with mountain views, private deck and electric grill. The main level has the living room, kitchen with brand new induction stovetop 01/2025 and half bath with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located downstairs. There is nice wood laminate flooring throughout the living area, dining area and half bath. The main level half bath has been updated with granite countertop and an under mounted sink. There is seating for four at the dining room table plus two bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living area has a flat screen TV with a DVD player as well as a wood burning fireplace.

This 36-acre hillside location provides plenty of privacy and ample elbow room, plus spectacular views of the Steamboat Ski Area and Yampa Valley – yet is only minutes from all the action. The Ranch is renowned for its friendly, complimentary private shuttle service (winter only), which transports you to the ski area or downtown Steamboat Springs at your convenience.
The Ranch at Steamboat offers vacation rentals ranging from spacious 4-bedroom condominiums to more intimate 1-bedroom units, with a private bath for each bedroom. Each unit is beautifully appointed and has a full kitchen, private balcony, wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, at least two TVs, direct-dial telephones and private heated garages. High-speed internet access is provided in each condominium for guests who bring their network-ready portable computers. Onsite amenities include a fitness center, outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, men's and ladies' saunas, and four outdoor tennis/pickleball courts. Please note that the pool and hot tubs are open during winter and summer months only. Arrangements can be made to use the onsite conference room, as well as the catering service that utilizes the onsite professional-grade kitchen.

For us, the key factor in evaluating a rental is "does everything work"? And at the Ranch, everything was as advertised. All the appliances worked, the TV and internet was solid, plenty of hot water and towels, the heating system was adequate, and the layout was family friendly. Our 2 kids each liked having a top bunk to themselves. We liked the shuttle app - it generally worked well for our purposes.

Very cozy! Loved the real fireplace and deck with the view of the ski slopes. The layout with the bedrooms on the lower level worked well for us for those that woke earlier. The clubhouse with the pool and hot-tub were very nice! Convenient shuttle to get to the mountain.

We LOVED the ranch. Our unit was incredibly comfortable and spacious! The shuttle running to the mountain and town was super easy. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the hot tub too. And Doug, who drove the shuttle, helped get our car up the hill in a snowstorm! What a guy! The unit had a washer/dryer which was awesome and plenty of firewood. And we loved the board games. And the humidifiers were so helpful!The only comment about our unit was the kitchen was a little understocked. We only had 4 knives and place settings for 4. No aluminum foil or suran wrap or basic kitchen supplies which every other place we've rented had. Makes cooking in a lot easier. But that was our only complaint!

We came up for a mini vacation with our two sons and could not have picked a better place. The condo is cozy and clean. We absolutely love the fireplace. The shuttle service and drivers are awesome! It was easy to get our sons and all our gear to the mountain for some riding. We will definitely be guest at the Ranch again.
