Just a few minutes from the slopes and outdoor activities of Steamboat and walking distance to restaurants, shops and all the convenience of downtown. The property was well appointed with a great kitchen, clean and comfortable. The property management office is about a 5 minute drive away. Highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for New Years weekend. Overall, the condo was great and met all of our needs. We weren’t able to check in until 5, which is understandable given the holidays and I wouldn’t say the condo kitchen is fully equipped. It was a little hard to cook a full meal but otherwise, everything was perfect for us. The location was ideal!

We were visiting Steamboat for the first time. This property was the perfect location to enjoy all that the town offers. We came for the SBT Gravel bike race and all activities for the race were within a 2 block walk. The property was perfect; safe, comfortable and perfect in all ways. The only slight concern was the tightness of the parking spot. We own a Jeep Grand Cherokee and it was a very tight fit. We will definitely be back.
