Featuring 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms - this is a fabulous home for ski trips, family reunions, wedding accommodation, bike trips etc. You'll appreciate the lovely light throughout the house and open living spaces with high ceilings and exposed woodwork. Views from the deck and living room are incredible and panoramic.
Just down the road, a mere 100-yard walk is access to the beginner's ski slope and hiking and biking trails in the summer.

Ski Trail Lodge I (90ST1) and Ski Trail Lodge II (90ST2) can be rented together to accommodate a group of up to 26 people.

This property allows up to 2 dogs max. All dogs must be registered at check-in, and a $50 per dog, per day fee (plus tax) is required prior to check-in. Each guest who brings a dog must sign the Guest's Acceptance of Responsibility for the Canine Code of Conduct upon check-in.

The property was as pictured. Very clean and spacious, the deck is amazing. For skiers, it's a 100 yd. walk to the "Stampede" ski run. There were a few maintenance issues which were promptly addressed. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay. The house is well stocked, but we spent most of our time apres ski out on the deck and in the hot tub. The views are spectacular. Also super quick walk to hill and a quick ski down to the Gondola.

The property was as advertised, huge deck, great views and nice amenities. The only issue we had was with the check in as the property wasn’t ready so we had to wait. Then when they finally gave us the code we showed up and the cleaners were still there. The cleaning job was maybe 8/10 as we did find some small items throughout the house that weren’t disposed of properly but nothing major. Also the main TV remote was missing and the microwave didn’t work but someone came out straight away and got all of that fixed right up so the service was EXCELLENT when we contacted them. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking, short walk over to the slopes was no issue at all.

We rented for our extended family and had 12 adults stay here. It was perfect for us. Great family areas, kitchen was also perfect. The deck has beautiful panoramic views. SO.MUCH.SPACE. Stocked fully for kitchen needs. Fans, extra blankets, pillows. Literally, everything we needed. Room for two cars in garage.

The location is hard to beat! It was an excellent location. The house definitely needs a few updates and the hot tub was not working, sadly. I also wouldn’t recommend this house to families with small children and/or small dogs. Otherwise, had a great time and the house was great! Would definitely stay here again!

This property is even better than the photos! We had a family reunion weekend here - ages 2-82. No one felt cramped for space with all the different bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces. We spent the majority of our time on the gorgeous deck that looked newly refinished! Weatherproof decking, hot tub, gas fire pit, tons of seating and views at every angle. It was magic. It’s also so convenient to anything you want to do. We walked down to the base of the resort, grocery and wine were less than 10min drive, and Main Street/hiking/hot springs all within 20min. Can’t recommend enough and already planning our return next summer.

This spacious lodge was walkable down back stairs to stampede trail. The decor was sturdy with little breakable stuff at child level. The kitchen and dining seating was well appointed for pandemic in house dining. The app for reporting maintenance issues is excellent and we reported numerous issues, none critical to be helpful.

The house was larger and nicer than the pictures showed, which was a pleasant surprise. We really appreciated how much space there was for our group, and little touches like an abundance of hooks on the walls for hanging up ski gear, tons of towels, extra blankets, and a very well stocked kitchen made it a great trip! We really loved the shuttle service as well- we did not expect it to be so quick and easy to use, and it made getting around town incredibly convenient.

We were three separate families celebrating a 50th birthday party. The enormous deck was great to be outside and try to maintain social distancing in COVID. The house is well laid out with plenty of space, and is a great location as the Christie lift is just a short walk from the house. There is plenty of parking and garage space as well. It's a great house for families and friends to gather.

A lovely home with a great layout for multifamily vacation! Great location just walk down steps (which were regularly shoveled thanks!) and you are in the ski hill. Well sticked kitchen and even boardgames and puzzles. We had a great time and plan to come back.

This house was fantastic! We had a large group with lots of kids. We easily fit, there were lots of games and a well stocked kitchen for cooking all our meals. The deck and views are amazing, and there is seating for at least 20 up there. Great bang for your buck, we'll be back.

We are a soccer team from Summit County in Steamboat for the tournament. We thoroughly enjoyed the home and the stunning views - and fantastic deck. The house was everything we hoped for and hope to stay again next year if we play in the tournament again. It was perfect for our family of 9 (6 adults and 3 teenagers). There was plenty of room to spread out. It was great that there are plenty of bathrooms so that only two people shared a bathroom. There are two queen beds in the unit and a lot of twin beds. I would have preferred a king but I have found it unusual to see king beds in a vacation unit so no big deal. The view is glorious. The family really enjoyed the hot tub. The showers are great! There was plenty of towels and washcloths, but not nearly enough dish cloths and towels. The dining table seats 10 so there was enough room for our entire family to dine together. The carpets should probably be replaced soon and the deck needs a good scrape and paint job. Overall, though, the property is really special.

We had a wonderful week in this house with 13 people including 5 grandsons, ranging from 2 to 12 years old. The house had plenty of room for our gang. The kitchen is large and well-equipped. We could walk about 100 yards to the ski slopes. The Pioneer Ridge staff were very helpful and responded quickly to a few minor issues, such as replacing a toaster that didn't work. The mid-week cleaning and linen exchange service was an unexpected bonus. The views from the deck and hot tub are amazing!
