As part of the Trappeur's Crossing Resort, this lodge has use of all of the Trappeur's facilities including Amenity Center with computers and internet access, fitness center, 4 pools, 10 hot tubs and a sauna.
In the winter, if you don't want to walk the two blocks to the Gondola, the shuttle service will whisk you from the front door to Gondola Square. Outstanding service from staff. Big, clean, roomy condo. Only suggestions.. Make sure the number of robes in the unit match the number of guests. Also, the unit was comfortable but warm. Heating was peculiar.. we had it set at 50 something in order to get it down to an acceptable temp. NOT a complaint, just something to possibly look at.

We LOVE Trappeurs and have stayed in many units (some for 4+ weeks at a time) over the past 13 years. Your staff is awesome and we always feel like we are coming home. We love the amenities and a welcome treat to have the ice cream social back! This stay’s lower score only has to do with the unit itself, providing the feedback to the owners would be helpful. I do think the cleanliness score would be much higher if the unit wasn’t so run down (I’m sure the staff does a great job of cleaning! It’s hard to make run-down look clean!).

We were very pleased with the facility and our unit. We were especially pleased with the late check-in process, being that our flight was delayed nearly 10 hours. Generally, the furniture and carpets in our unit were showing quite a bit of wear. The unit was clean, but again, the carpets and some of the furniture looked a bit soiled from years of use.

We love the layout of 1310. It works perfectly for our family. There are signs of age in the units. The master shower doesn't drain properly. The refrigerator is ready for replacement.
