When you’re ready to wrap up your day, ski or snowboard directly back to your lodging property, where a bubbling community hot tub awaits your arrival. Put the finishing touches on your day by strolling to apres ski activities, shops and restaurants in the mountain area. For your added convenience, winter shuttle service is provided for easy trips to downtown Steamboat Springs or the grocery store.
These studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom condominiums offer a variety of layouts, including lofts and dens, to provide affordable comfort and convenience for families and groups of varying sizes. This hillside building is entered from the parking lot on the sixth floor. The elevator services floors four through six. Stairs to the first level provide access to the slopes and hot tub.
During summer, enjoy an easy stroll along the Steamboat Ski Area promenade and refreshing Rocky Mountain stream that flows through the base area, where summer activities and events such as free concerts and art exhibits enhance Steamboat Springs' splendid summertime surroundings.

Great condo! A little “cozy” ... the loft area fit our 3 kids - but it’s better if they’re smaller. Ski in/ski out was great! A little bit of a drawback was that we were on the 4th floor ... so it was a walk down to the slope. But totally manageable. Very clean, great kitchenette. No corkscrew but we borrowed from our neighbors. All in all we’d totally stay here again!

There were a few weird things, like the phone didn't work and the cork screw was broken but otherwise, it was in good shape and a great location. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Ski in/Ski out was our biggest factor in deciding what condo to stay in and this place was ideal for that. They even provide lockers on every floor so that you don't have to bring in your wet skis and congest the condo. The kitchen was well stocked. The apartment also fit all 7 of us very well. One area for improvement is the pull out couch. It was painfully uncomfortable. It would be great if you could provide an air mattress instead of that couch.
